Water Damage!

The MOST common locations for roof leaks are the "penetrations" coming out of the roof!  These pipes have pipe boots and flashing around them.  Over time, the sealing agent disintegrates or something punctures it.  All of a sudden water begins to pour through the hole and sometimes you do not notice it until it has been going on for a while!
